- Children aged 0 – 12 and under 5ft 2″ are permitted to use the frame during normal opening hours.
- Although the Play Area is monitored by our trained staff, it remains the responsibility of the child’s parent/guardian to supervise the children in their care at ALL times.
- The Go Kart Area is not under full time staff supervision. You must supervise your children if using this facility Quads take contactless card payments. if there is an issue please contact leisurematics directly.
- Socks MUST be worn at all times by adults and children.
- Jewellery and sharp objects are strictly forbidden and must be removed before entering the frame and on Jelly Mountain
- All skin should be covered when using the play frame
- Only children aged five and over are allowed to use our drop slide, staff have to right to refuse anyone they suspect to be younger than five years.
- No person wearing inappropriate clothing will be allowed to go down the Drop Slide. All sliders’ torsos, arms, legs and feet MUST be covered.
- Strictly NO FOOD AND DRINK is to be taken into the main Play Frame Area, it is to be consumed in the cafe or party rooms.
- ONLY food and drink purchased at Kids Kingdom may be consumed on the premises.
- Should your child be unwell (ie. sickness bug, etc), they should not be using the equipment. If your child becomes unwell at our centre please let a member of staff know immediately as the child may have to go home. Children in Plaster casts must be covered at all times.
- Kids Kingdom cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of using our facilities – all equipment is used at your own risk.
- Kids Kingdom cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damages to any personal effects.
- We recommend that all valuables are kept secure and that no mobiles, valuables or loose change are taken into the play frame.
- During School Holidays and Weekends, we may have to restrict our sessions to our set 2 hour sessions. For example, if you came in at 12.15pm you would be in our 12-2pm session so you will have until 2pm.
- Please be aware that in busy times, especially school holidays and weekends, under 5’s and adults will NOT be able to use Jelly Mountain – we will endeavour to hold under 5 sessions throughout these times however cannot guarantee this
- In busy periods, the Management/Staff reserve the right to restrict the numbers using Jelly Mountain to prevent overcrowding.
- When using Jelly Mountain, there should be no somersaulting or throwing balls at other customers. You must not jump from the boxes into the balls. Only 5 children are permitted on top of Jelly Mountain at any one time, reducing to 4 young adults/adults on late parties. This list is not exhaustive so please listen to the staff on duty.
- The Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
- Any aggressive behaviour or bad language towards our staff or fellow patrons will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the building with no refund.
- Failure to abide by the Rules advised by the staff on duty may also result in you being asked to leave the building with no refund.
- Whilst Kids Kingdom encourages all of our customers to have a great time whilst they are in the Centre, you all know that having fun can sometimes inherent some risks. These can include bumping into fixed objects and other children, tripping up and falling to name a few. Kids Kingdom have taken every reasonable step to control these risks through maintenance, Risk Assessments and vigorous daily checks, however it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely. Parent and Guardians must therefore acknowledge and accept this risk upon paying admission fees and familiarise themselves with all the rules in place.
- N.B – Please be advised for any late parties, we require 1 responsible adult aged 25 plus to every 7 under 25
- Lockers are available free of charge. We do ask for a £5 fully refundable cash key deposit at reception.
